About Us

Bear Cottage was part of the Paston Open Garden day in 2000 (see our Links page) and we have been busy developing the garden further.

The bedrooms have recently been decorated and we have installed a new bathroom for the use of our guests.

When you stay with us, you have the choice of a double room with en-suite bathroom, or a double or twin room with own shower room.

The rooms have a TV and sufficient storage space for clothes. Tea & coffee making facilities are also provided.

We have a very friendly Siberian Husky who is a great favourite with adults and children alike. The rooms are non-smoking.

Breakfast is served in the farmhouse style kitchen. The rear of the cottage looks out onto open fields. A recently erected conservatory is available for the use of our guests

The villages of Mundesley and Bacton are just a mile away from Paston.

The nearest town is North Walsham which is just a few miles away.

Cromer is 12 miles and Great Yarmouth is 20 miles away.
